I was lost and dead in sin, Vile at heart, in life unclean!

Hating God and all that’s good, I despised my Savior’s blood.

But my God (Oh, sing His praise!), Chose and saved me by His grace!

He revealed His Son in me, And from sin has set me free.

Now, I love my Lord, the Lamb, Oh, how precious is His name!

Jesus Christ, the Son of God, Bought me with His precious blood!

Saved by grace, redeemed by blood, Reconciled I am to God.

Now constrained by love and grace, Let me live my God to praise!

Holy Spirit, give me grace, (Order all my thoughts and ways!)

Rule my life by all Your Word For the glory of my God.
