gal 02v21 Then Christ Is In Vain
That is a shocking statement,
which was made by the apostle Paul. Yet, if modern day preaching is to be
believed, it must be true. If fallen, sinful man could, by any possibility,
have attained righteousness by his own works, or by
any other means whatsoever, then the substitutionary sacrifice of Christ was a
vain and useless thing. And if any of those for whom Christ died, those whom he
intended to redeem by his blood, at last are found in hell under the judgment
of God, then that blasphemous absurdity must follow that "Christ is dead
in vain"! Needless to say, much preaching is not to be believed. CHRIST
DID NOT DIE IN VAIN!
