GRACE OR WORKS - BUT NOT BOTH....

Romans 11:6

Grace and works are like oil and water, they won't mix. Salvation, from start to finish, is the work of God's free and almighty grace. It is not the result of human merit. It is not a co-operative effort between God and man. It is the work of the Triune Godhead alone. If in any measure it depends on the works of men, there: is no grace in it at all. Grace or works - but not both. There is no middle ground.
